Samantha Senanayaka, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience in family medicine, internal medicine, and urgent care. Born and raised in Sri Lanka, she earned her medical degree (MD) from the Medical Academy of Moscow, Russia, in 1998 before relocating to the United States to further her medical career.

She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Union College and gained valuable hands-on experience through clinical rotations across Nebraska. Throughout her career, Samantha has worked in family practice, urgent care, and internal medicine settings across the Omaha and Council Bluffs area, while also bringing international medical experience from Moscow, Russia.

Samantha is NCCPA board-certified and licensed to practice medicine in both Nebraska and Iowa. As a trilingual provider fluent in English, Sinhala, and Russian, she is able to build strong connections with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and provide personalized, compassionate care.
